Larry Loeser, President

Larry has over 30 years experience in advising/managing start-ups, building strong teams and charting strategy for businesses of all sizes.

He has served as a Director, CEO and Senior Manager for firms of all sizes in the Financial Services Industry.  He has built two successful community banks from start up.  Client firms of all sizes have valued his advice and counsel.

Larry has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Graduate School of Management.

Jay Cunningham, Technologist

Jay has created, managed and revitalized business technology platforms for over 30 years.

He started his career as an engineer with IBM and since then has managed technology focused groups and eventually started up his own company, Netuit, Inc. to provide product support and test for high speed networking products. He's experienced in building IT platforms for medium-sized companies and has worked in the financial sector for the past ten years. 

Jay has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Duke University and an MBA from Duke's Fuqua School of Business.

Gaurav Bansal, CFA

Gaurav has over 12 years of experience delivering enterprise solutions across financial services. He focuses on strategic engagement with capital markets clients to realign business processes and systems around the long-term business vision. He leverages his expertise in financial modeling for corporate valuations and data analytics.

Gaurav received his BS from Punjab Engineering College, India, and MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business. Gaurav holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is an active member of North Carolina CFA society.
